Shipping times and costs depend on destination. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once an order is dispatched.
We do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose, we will offer a repair or refund. Please email us at lechnerflora@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
