The small items will be shipped via DHL or local post services (post.nl ecetera). Always tracked insured Shipping. We try to handle your order as quickly as possible.
Returns
Sales can be returned on your own cost, we don´t pay return shipping costs. Please contact us via email in case of return for arrangement and refund. Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing an order.

Shipping within Netherlands usually takes between 2-5 days, other countries in Europe can take longer. We are not responisble for shipping delays of our partners, damages and lost items or any custom fees and duties that may be additional to your order.
Bigger items are sent with a freight forwarder.
Please contact us before purchasing bigger items so we can calculate the shipping price.
Once you have made a payment, you will be notified via email with an invoice. If you do not receive an email by us please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Please allow 2-3 days maximum for this e-mail to arrive, especially if the order was placed on the weekend.
All orders are shipped from Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
